Down the slippery slope of the angst canyon.
Was talking to my brother last night, he was telling me about his current Knights of the Old Republic 2 files. He's playing through twice, side by side, one good and one evil file.
Today: "my evil kotor2 file got corrupted"
Well, naturally.
(I think what amuses me so much about this is that, in real life, my brother is kind of a hardcore pacifist.)
Brother: i think they added a scene with carth mc.whineypants or w/e
JeccaAM: ahahaha yesssssss
JeccaAM: is he emo and whiney?
Brother: dunno about the scene they added
JeccaAM: if he is not, do not tell me
Brother: but in the existing scene or two with him, much less so
JeccaAM: I could not bear to learn he got over his patheticness
Brother: its more subtle
JeccaAM: well, more subtle is okay, so long as it is still there
Brother: "she ran away! and left me behind!" T_T
JeccaAM: story of his life~
Brother: carth's equivalent in kotor2 isn't any better, lol
Brother: its like his clone
Brother: seriously

Brother: his clone is opposite
Brother: perfect in the sense of he follows the rules to the letter

JeccaAM: now I not only need to reinstall it, but play it through TWICE.
Brother: you can strand him on a deserted planet (well, there are rancors), by himself after telling him you're the new sith lord

Brother: he's like "no, its not true. i know you're a good person!"
Brother: "i just attacked you"
Brother: "you were confused!"
Brother: i don't remember if it lets you kill him or not
ZeiramGP: you can try, and he'll stop fighting you for more dialog
JeccaAM: aww, haha, bummer. I'd leave him alive, though. He can't be miserable if he's dead.
Brother: and he can run away, but i don't remember if you can kill him instead
Brother: i figured i'd leave him there with the rancors
JeccaAM: watch him try to tell them his own sob story
JeccaAM: wouldn't go well.

Brother: there’s some random savages too

Brother: i might have killed them all

JeccaAM: they aren't as annoying? or just never got around to it?

JeccaAM: if murder-droid is in the sequel, probably can't kill in the original...
