Clearly there is something wrong with me.
It is inevitable that I rant about whatever I happen to be doing in my spare time to the people I talk to. ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
travelers_flame heard a bit about my Jak exploits and wanted to see the games, see the plot, etc.
She didn't want to play them.

So, I beat Jak and Daxter in what was probably under ten hours (look, I have no idea what my time was, and that seems like a very safe guess), still managing to snag 100 Power Cells (a different 100, ha) and more Precursor Orbs than last time.
It's apparently turned into a second Ecco, in that I proclaim to hate every section of the game. Also, I hate Lurker sharks. A lot. (I did die considerably less, at least. Not that I only died a little, just that I died less. I was still crying from laughing too hard at a few of those places I just can't survive in. Why is death funny?)
Now we've started Jak II, we've only just turned the water back on, and I am dreading the racing. But Torn is still awesome, and I didn't realize we "met" (read: saw) Tess so early. (Also, grr, Kor. I hate you.)
Though the opening of that game makes a whole lot more sense now that I know what's going on.
I'm continuing the trend of dying less so far. I really hope it continues!
