I do not think Daxter realizes how silly "Orange Lightning" sounds.

Here is more in(s)ane commentary for Jak 3, as promised.

Damas and Jak have a deep and meaningful conversatio - ooh, he had a son that he lost. So that's what (er, who) Sig was spying out for, and why he went all angsty when Jak said he didn't know his father. Ahaha. Okay, I get it.

Are we going to hear more about that later? My Plot Point Detector is going off. Suspicion!

What, NO KIDDING we're having troubles with marauders! DUDE, have you gone outside lately? They are EVERYWHERE and they TRY TO KILL ME. On rare occasion - you know, timed events - they sort of succeed. They make me fail.

Mostly I run them over a lot, though. It is fun. Kind of. I am a bit sick of them, to be honest.

OH HEY. Maybe the reason Veger's Precursor robot looked familiar is because it's like the final boss from the first game? Is that possible? I think they look similar, at least. Might have to check that later.

Yes, that was entirely random.

Anyway, going out and fighting marauders again. New and exciting!

And still not very challenging. Marauders are kind of a joke, so long as I am steering erratically (not a problem!) and continuously holding down the Fire button! (Okay, it was close. The gate had almost no health left, but it wasn't down, which is what matters.)

Now Seem wants my help! Seem, when did you stop hating me? I mean. I'm just wondering.

Graceful parking, as ever, Jak. Could we not flip over one of the other vehicles in our deranged attempts at stopping, just once?

Uh. ... 'kay, why did their little stronghold area just drop open the gate and let me in? Ambush?

... Yep. Ambush.

And now a chase!

Blast, now I have to go back to Haven. I do not like Haven! There are awesome people there, sure, but there are a lot of not awesome people, too. Bah!

Don't think I like Keira's new voice as much. Possibly I'm just not used to it. She's said all of three lines (maybe?) all game so far, and most've them have been over the little radio-bots.

It occurs me to almost directly outside the forest that maybe, maybe it would've been wise to grab a Zoomer, rather than attempt to Hoverboard my way through Metal Head Valley.

This statue-busting game is cruel. Augh, navigation.

This final Precursor thing looks familiar, too. I guess this may partly be because every Precursor object looks exactly like every other Precursor object!

DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM AND MORE DOOM. OKAY. PLANET IS DOOMED. AWESOME.

Didn't Veger suggest activating the planetary defense grid already? Or am I just going insane? I'm pretty sure it's at least been mentioned before?

Anyway, much as I like most of the people here at, er, what's it called? Torn refers to it as Freedom HQ or something. I just am not as excited to see them as I ever am for anyone else.

You know, I am too used to the "turn camera around" feature you can use while driving the buggy. It's good for going backwards, and I spend, no kidding, probably about half of my time going backwards. Not intentionally, but I'm getting pretty good at it.

The Zoomers don't have it. Sadness!

Ah, yay, Torn's up here to be squinty all over the place.

Factory investigation! All right! If there is a tank, I will cry. ...No, just another flying mission, looks like. I can probably handle that eventually.

... I do not like this flying thing, it is hard to steer and walls are not my friend, no. If I wanted Rogue Squadron, I'd be playing Rogue Squadron!

And now I am revisiting Sky Deck from Sonic Adventure. ... only not, but I am reminded of it! Man, Sonic Adventure's a fun game. I need to see about getting the Dreamcast hooked up again.

I thought I was smart. Oh, yeah, I remember before when we had to Slow time to pass through spinning blades! Obviously that is the solution here, too! ... Nope, there's a force field or something! Outsmarted again. Have at it, Daxter.

I do not like this buggy-thing! It will not stay on the path!

And, for something that smashes through huge barriers, it has startlingly little defense.

... Heh. Boy, Errol. Erol. WHOEVER YOU ARE. You're looking... mechanical. And kind of crazy.

Yeah, more like really crazy.

I think he is trying to blame me for his problems. Silly Er/rol! And he keeps calling me an Eco Freak, but all things considered, I would rather be an Eco Freak than whatever it is he's turned into.

Er/rol, just get down here and fight me yourself! Honestly. Now look, how embarrassing must it be to have been defeated by the very things you were sending after me? Yes, run away.

And the dying continues!
