Yay comics!
Transformers: Escalation #4 came out today. Finally. They enjoy making me wait until the end of the month, don't they? And no, I don't know why it would be better if they released these at the beginning of the month. I just know it would make me happier. Somehow.

...Okay, I'm just assuming the countdown timer is for a giant explosion, seeing as how these guys seem to like blowing things way the heck up and all. Ironhide said so earlier!
And really, I do like them ninja-ing around in the building and having nifty conversations. JUST ARG HUNTER AND SUNNY ARE IN TROUBLE FASTER FASTER FASTER

Prowl says "dammit." I think "dammit" is kind of a boring (and Earth-y) curse, really. C'mon, give us something better than that, guys!
I like the humans' reactions to seeing the two sides fight. What?! American jet being attacked by a rally car?! WHAT?! POLICE CAR VERSUS SPACE SHUTTLE WHAT?!
Also, crazy-mad dash through the line of fire is not at all smart, but hey! No one diedyet arg! Glad Hardhead was able to be useful there!
I suppose it preemptively makes up for poor Hot Rod nearly running Prowl over a few seconds later? And that resulting in neither of them getting "the facsimile"/Koska? And then breaking their cover by transforming in direct sight of the humans? Almost? Maybe?
Why can Hot Rod not ever catch a break, anyway? BE NICE TO HIM. BAD ENOUGH HE IS BLAMED FOR KILLING PRIME BY LIKE HALF THE CRAZY FANBASE MORE THAN TWENTY YEARS AFTER THE FACT. Or possibly only one year and a few months, depending on your point of view.
Whatever.
Megatron blew their cover again a few seconds later by deciding it was time to KICK PRIME'S TAILPIPE/AFT/SKIDPLATE/INSERT ROBOTIC EUPHEMISM HERE, anyway.
And now I have to wait until March 28th for the next installment! Augh! At least we get another Spotlight next month. Soundwave, hooray!
Picked up a copy of Stranger Than Fiction Tuesday (you know, the day it came out. Patience is a virtue, and all that), but I've not had a chance to watch it yet, and I'm probably going to pass out as soon as I finish typing this (which means I'll probably edit it tomorrow and actually put in some, you know, content or something) and hopefully not wake up for like a year or something. I do not know why I am so tired.
I had a dream last night/this morning that it was raining Dark Eco and the Metal Heads were attacking BotCon. There was a Sarlaac involved somehow, and I'm pretty sure I saw a booth-thing that may or may not have been blue and may have been either a phone booth or a police box. It certainly couldn't be bothered to make up its mind, so I don't see why I should be expected to know. I do think most people would say I need to lay off the fandoms for a while, at any rate. (I would say they are wrong!)

OH YES I ALMOST FORGOT! My brother comes home for a visit today! His bus might not be in yet (who can ever tell with buses?), but it is coming. Oh yes. yey!
Also, dinner at the hibachi tables tonight! Birthday dinners are awesome, regardless of how late they are. A BIRTHDAY DINNER WITHOUT THE BROTHER IS NOT A BIRTHDAY DINNER WORTH HAVING. Or something.
What? My brother is awesome. Shut up!
