You know it's going to be one of those days when your alarm clock goes off and you respond by trying to answer the phone.

Actually, aside from wandering about in a daze, today wasn't so bad!

Mom did not get home from California today, because I guess there's Weather in the midwest. Or there was. Or... something. Basically, the flight she'd be leaving on was delayed in New York, so it would arrive and thus depart late from CA, and while that in itself wasn't a problem, she would miss her connecting flight and there wasn't another flight with open seats until sometime tomorrow, so... she's staying over there a bit longer. Because at least this way she has a bed! Yaaay!

Also, a little earlier this week, my Classics Universe 2.0 Generations, dang it, why do they have to keep changing the naaaame Red Alert arrived! HE IS SO PRETTY. He is currently watching over my room from the bookshelf, with his WST counterpart. (They think it would be more effective if I moved one of them over to the other side of the room, but the top of my wardrobe is currently rather messy, so, no.)


Anyway, this weekend is the annual ... uh. Giant flea market called Harvest Market that one of the local churches puts on but which everyone in a couple miles' radius participates in. PUMPKIN EVERYTHING it is so exciting. I am going to attack the book barn, because, come on, a bag full of used books for maybe a dollar? I AM SO THERE. (Anyone have any book recommendations? I am always up for those. ...Anyone looking for a particular book, on that note? No promises, but I can at least check.) And I made sure to get the weekend off from work, so, whoo. Uninterrupted eating of delicious soup and pumpkin muffins and fresh cider and cider doughnuts and... lots of other tasty things! Too many to list.


Beyond that, NOTHING IS INTERESTING. Whee!
