Someone complained about me at work last week. I'm not too terribly upset about that, really, as I've been there since August and this is the first time, and because the woman who made the complaint it a liar.
Mostly because of that last one, though.
( And I know she is a liar. )
It is not possible that she stood there for ten minutes waiting for me to notice her.
If she was that impatient, she could have just called out to me. I have ears. They even work! She had no problems marching off to customer service to complain about me, so I can't imagine she'd have a problem saying something to get my attention.
Why would you want to lie about something like that, anyway? Grah. People confuse me, and customers need to remember that employees are not robots. And that even if we were, robots are prone to glitches.
