At the end of the day...

Back from NYC. Had fun, mostly. I... have personal space issues so, the way people in cities (and New York has always been the worst, in my experiences) have absolutely no concept of where they are in relation to anything else really gets to me after the nine-hundredth elbow in the face or what-have-you.... Snappy today because of it.

Only thing of real interest we did was attend a play on Broadway. Went to see Les Misérables. It was great! It lived up to all my expectations, and considering I've had about ten years to build them up... The only problem is that I've had most of the soundtrack stuck going around my head for the last day or so. (The ending had my father in tears, which was more of a surprise than it perhaps should have been.)

While my father and I were walking around the streets, we passed several people (of course). One thing, though, because I am horribly immature and an annoying fan... A woman walked past, going the other way, pushing one of those baby-carriages designed for two kids. Twin boys, blue eyes, one dressed in red and black, the other in yellow and black, and, after a delightfully whiplash-inducing double-take, I nearly hurt myself again trying not to laugh. I am a terrible person who has let fandom ruin her life. I'm loving every minute of it. >.>

Picked up some lovely things in Chinatown, including some Wolf's Rain posters, a Kingdom Hearts play arts figure (Sora, though he's a present for someone), and a little Rodimus figure (Soundwave, too, but he's also a gift). Also, had a sesame bun with black bean paste inside (which isn't as good as red bean paste, but then nothing is).

Oh. It was a coincidence, of course, but I'm sick of the grass being green all over like it is (this is New England, where is my snow?!), so I started signing - terribly off-key, of course - in the car on the way home. It was to the tune of "White Christmas," but the lyrics were more like "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas~ 'Cause-arg-its-December-19th-and there's no snoooow~"

It was truly awful. It started snowing not thirty minutes later and continued the rest of the six hours or so to home (and even stopped us for an hour by thoroughly icing up the roads). Mother Nature intimidated by Horrendous Singing! \o.o/ Now if it would just keep snowing and stay around for the rest of the season, right? I don't wanna see grass until at least April.

...Tired. Was going to finish checking Friends List and make a longer entry and such, but only got through two entries, and am drained. I think I'm just going to bed instead.
