No longer unsure if spending that 50 dollars was really a good idea.
Wait.
"WEIRD AL" YANKOVIC?
.... AWESOME.
And David Kaye's back again? Are we going to see Grimlock vs. Grimlock? 'Cause that would be kind of hilarious.
(IT IS MAY NOW!)
(... at least I'm not posting with half a dozen links every time they put up a new trailer for the movie?)
Edit:
My default icon has been updated to match my icon for everything else, ever*. Not sure it'll last, since I'm so used to seeing NINJA MITHRA ATTACK!! everywhere, but meh. ... YES, THIS IS RELEVANT TO YOUR LIFE.
* THIS IS A LIE I haven't bothered to change my Windows User picture. Part of it's apathy, and part of it is me liking the fish, and part of it is the fish looks better on the only screen I ever see it on, anyway. The sunset wouldn't match the background very well. The fish looks right at home in it.
Though it is the one I use on my other laptop.

Final Fantasy X gets me every time. It doesn't matter how many times I've watched the final cutscenes, I am always a sobbing wreck by the time the credits start rolling. I've only beat Shadow of the Colossus twice, so I don't know if the pattern will hold, but both times so far I've started weeping uncontrollable during the ending. (Having seen your comment above, though, that is kind of a lot. Maybe you can find it used for less? Or, do you have / know someone with an eBay account? If not for that tiny regional differences thing, I'd go get one for you, since they're fairly cheap here, because it really is a beautiful, excellent game.)
Final Fantasy XI got me once (so far), too. When I finished the cutscenes of the final San d'Oria Rank mission, I broke down in hysterics for no determinable reason. That one still confuses me some.
The Kingdom Hearts games have a couple places, especially the prologue of Kingdom Hearts II, that don't actually make me cry, but which come close. And the ... "true"? "Good"? I don't know if the different endings have names, but one of the endings you can get by beating Chrono Cross at the actual end of the game depressed me a bit.
I'm currently stuck somewhere in Xenogears (and have been for, um, years now) because my brother told me about something (completely optional!) that happens later in the game and the guilt. But I would still like to finish that someday... I still need to finish Ōkami, as well. And a million others. LIST IS TOO LONG. AUGH.
Silent Hill manages to thoroughly terrify me, but I think Ecco managed to scare me more in some ways (like the ZOMBIE SHARKS. WHY?). Let's see... I can stay here and drown, or I can move and be eaten alive! It's kind of awful knowing that no matter what you do, you're going to die. Most - not all! But most - of the emotional impact of the story is kind of buried under terror and frustration, though.
