Yeah they weren't subtle about that in the marketing at all. One of the conversations I had with a friend about this is how it's interesting in that there's a bit of a dialogue going on with the legacy of VII, too, in the whole "we have to save the Planet as we're draining the lifeblood" type thing, and stepping it up a bit as our own situation IRL has gotten worse than it was even back in the '90s... There's a lot! You probably don't want it all in a comment and I might get into spoilers too, so I'll be patient and wait.
And back to Lostwing. Could've just waited on those quests I guess XD.

Honestly, yeah, from personal experience of having had an Irish wolfhound in the family, you wind up fielding more questions than not about what kind of dog he is and how big he is etc. But then some people are just scared and that might be it too. "Don't give him attention. Don't make eye contact! HE BIG."
Also you'll get to know more about Cid's daughter. They actually used a FFV reference to name her. ♥

Oh for sure, I don't plan on waiting, they made me nervous with that "sometimes we'll disable sidequests:)" message, but it felt pretty silly to bounce over to Lostwing, do some quests, return to the hideaway, and get sent to Lostwing again, hahaha.
