It's cool, though, 'cause the last few times my ace-ness has come up, people have been like, oh okay I don't get it but whatever. And actually one of my old coworkers later had her son tell her he's pretty sure he's asexual, and since she'd already learnt about it from me, it apparently took a whole lot of awkward out of the conversation.
