I've been calling it a tunic all week, oops.

In Final Fantasy XI (YES THIS AGAIN) there are special pieces of gear you can only purchase from the nations. You spend your 'Conquest Points,' which you earn by doing things for the nation you're allied - fighting monsters with Signet on, supplies quests, missions...

The higher your rank, the more stuff you can buy. If your nation is in first place, you can buy extra special stuff.

At rank 10, you can buy an aketon that matches your nation's emblem.

I have been rank 10 for quite a while. San d'Oria, however, is very rarely in first place anymore, and I never manged to save up enough 56k CP when we were until TODAY. (I've been anxiously watching my CP rise all week. I was in the 40s up until about Wednesday.) You know, with only a few hours left until the conquest re-tally (every Sunday morning) when Windurst will undoubtedly take first among the three again.

I HAVE WANTED ONE OF THESE FOR EVER. Longer than the Scorpion Harness, because while SH is supergear, this is just awesome and San d'Orian and stuff.

AND NOW I ONLY HAVE 93 CP LEFT. haha, that's not enough to buy anything! I can't even recharge my Empress band.

But that is okay! I have my Kingdom Aketon now.

How is it this late into November already?

Oh, gosh, I meant to make this entry earlier. Time completely got away from me somehow. November usually drags, and now we're getting close to the end! (ONE WEEK ♪ since you looked at me... ♬)


I am wondering, does anyone want any Seasonal Thing? Card, gift, whatever? I like making/buying/giving stuff away, so when I'm given an excuse to, I like to make loud noises and wag my tail and jump on it and lick its face and - wait no that is what my dog does to people when they come to the house. But I do like to jump on the opportunity! (Ah, so that is where the confusion came from. Of course.)

So here is my offer: if you want me to send you something in the spirit of the holiday season, you should totally say something. If there is something specific you want, go ahead and mention that. I do have a price range, but I'm not sharing it, because it varies person to person (for example, I usually spend more on Aniko, but I also usually send her both her birthday and Christmas present as one thing, so...) and day to day, and it depends on all sorts of stuff that would take for ever to explain, and you know I would try to. Plus, even if I can't afford the specific thing, I can usually get some sort of idea from that.

Or you can tell me to try to draw or write something, or bake something (for example, Aniko is getting cookies and a video game), or to send a book I don't want anymore, or whatever. Just give me some little thing to work with and I can come up with something.
