Those fajita-y things look really good! And oh, are you enjoying Snow Crash?

GIVE ME YOUR RECIPE. Or, er, your simple directions.

I read it a few years ago, so I don't remember it too well, except that it was kinda fun and interesting and kinda really weird!

YOU NEED:

Skillet (non-stick is better)
Tortillas!
Tasty things to put in the tortillas

You take the tortilla and, uh. Put stuff in it! (If the tortillas are frozen, you will need to wait, or microwave it, until it is not frozen.) Mine usually have refried beans, cheese, and some thinly sliced vegetables (last night I had green peppers and onions), but you can use meat (though it should be pre-cooked) or really whatever you want. I smear the beans around on one half, then put the vegetables/whatever, and then the cheese on the top. Then fold it in half!

Then turn the burner on to a medium heat... you want the skillet to be , but not really hot. Kind of like grilled cheese? And then you put the tortilla in the skillet, and flip it on occasion so it doesn't burn. When the cheese is sufficiently melted, you can dress it with whatever if you want (like salsa or whatever) and eat it!

It is definitely really weird! But I am really glad I am finally getting to read it (it has been on my READ THIS list for, um, five years now).
