Happy "Your Thing"!
Aniko's box (that is, the box I sent to her) arrived today! So I now present to YOU, o people reading this, one of my completely lunatic Christmas Cards. Because Aniko told me I could.
First, a story. It is relevant, I swear. Here in Vermont, and in California, and probably other states, but I haven't been to any other states recently, some people get the strange idea that their cars need to celebrate Christmas. They find giant red... puffball-things and brown antler-looking things and stick them onto their cars. It looks bizarre. (Sure, it was funny the first time, but now everyone has them and it just looks so strange...) I do not know if these exist other places.
Aniko requested a card featuring Transformers or Top Gear, so I decided to mash the two together again... sort of.
I am absurdly proud of how well that came out, considering I do not consider myself a very good artist. (The color is better on the original. I couldn't get it to capture right, but that's close enough, isn't it?) Actually, I rather like all of the cards I made this year. (There was a Transformers: Beast Wars/Kingdom Hearts crossover card that I do not have any excuses for, but which is hilarious in a demented kind of way.)
