Hee! 'If you can read this, seek help' is fantastic. (My favourite in Jak II is the writing around the edges of little circular platforms - to read it, you have to stand in the middle, go into first-person, point the camera down and rotate it. It says 'YOU ARE GETTING REALLY DIZZY.')
