They are really, really not something I like dealing with. Happily, it doesn't happen nearly as much now as it did at the store I used to work at! Probably averages to not even once a week now (serious disgruntledness, I mean, not scamming attempts. Scamming is a little less common). And this was the first time at this store that management's been involved, rather than the person just stomping off.
