I want a pet rock-crab.

So! My brother got home last night, yay! Today I proposed we go see Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, and at first he and Mom protested because they were under the impression that it was opening tonight (by which I mean, at midnight on the twenty-sixth. I have no idea how they got this idea).

Once I corrected them (look, if Yahoo and Essex Cinema's site say it's playing, it's playing), Mom said she'd pick up tickets, as she had to go to the store, anyway. Evening rolls around, we (well, actually, my brother decided not to come, so it was just my parents) got in the car, headed off... we got there fifteen minutes early and were directed to auditorium 6, where Spiderman 3 was playing, at which point Mom actually looked at the tickets and saw, oops. We're still not sure how that one happened. So we saw Spiderman 3 and then caught Pirates right after it. I am thoroughly movied out.

Downside is, though, now I am very, very tired.
