If I'd known all I had to do to get my hands on Alternators Mirage was start plotting a Transformers/Top Gear crossover and pitch a fit over instant messenger at someone who wouldn't known Prime from Megatron, I would have done it months ago!*
He's so pretty. Oh, gosh.
I demolished his plastic-and-cardboard prison and rolled him across the floor towards the cat until she got sick of it and left. Then I took pictures!

Some of his joints are a little lose (mostly his elbows and shoulders - I'm actually holding his right arm up in the last picture), but at least his arm doesn't fall off every time I look at it! Poor Jazz. Still need to see if I can do anything about that.
*...For everyone who isn't me, Tuesday evening I was ranting over AIM at someone about how ridiculous it was that Mirage would sell for 60$+ on eBay and decided to go on the Google-Warpath. I found an online store that had him in stock and ordered him pretty much on the spot (I did do some poking around to see if the place was credible). I went back to the site a few minutes later to show the link to the aforementioned ranted-at person and, oh, hey, now he's out of stock. So I've been nervous for the last ... oh, thirty-six hours maybe, that he wasn't really in stock in the first place and I was going to get an email telling me such.
But, no. He arrived on my doorstep today. Yay!
