alisso pointed me at this fic and I have enjoyed it immensely! Your Clarkson characterization is really fabulous - I especially love his getting carried away talking to the car to the point where Richard and James get freaked out. And "Rather frantic sort of nothing, then," had me absolutely rolling on the floor. Too many good lines to quote them all. So much fun!
