The more I watch clips of Top Gear on youTube, the more I become convinced that seeing someone cross it with Transformers would be, like, the best thing ever.

You should totally write this. From what you've told me about it, Transformers sounds like one of the very few fandoms for which a Top Gear crossover would actually make sense, and also I hope to someday see Top Gear crossed over with every fandom ever, sense-making or not.
